For mid and senior level recruits, our Team Experience will give you the autonomy to run your own files, explore your interest area or specialisation and offer opportunities to work closely with team members at all levels to achieve great client outcomes. Our business operations team members are at the core of our business. By joining our business operations team as an undergraduate, you get the chance to be exposed to life in a busy law firm and play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. More senior business operations team members work closely with their team leaders and our executive team to critical business functions being executed to the highest standard.
You will join a team of recognised experts, including two accredited specialists in business law (via the Law Society of New South Wales) and leading tax firm and advisor award recipients for 5 years in a row and counting (and 6 in total).
At all levels, leadership is encouraged. Team members are offered the opportunity to participate in other firm business areas and make meaningful contributions to our shared vision. There is no bar to involvement in getting to be part of the cogs working hard behind the scenes to keep our firm thriving. We expect all team members to spend some time behind the curtain to grow a deeper understanding of how our firm runs.
