Making money out of Estate Planning

What is this seminar about?

Are you sick of spending money and time on Estate Planning conferences, only to find yourself back in your office wondering how you can make any money out of this knowledge?

Are you sick of talking about Estate Planning with your clients, only to discover that they don’t want to pay you anything for your time?

Are you sick of referring work to lawyers who do not prioritise the work, cannot provide your client with a fixed-price upfront, and sometimes seem to know less about things (like super) than you do?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then this seminar is for you.

In this seminar we will pass on our observations and experience in helping other professionals turn an interest in Estate Planning into a revenue stream for their practice.

Come and hear our views on the following issues:

What are the red-hot issues that will engage your client’s interest in Estate Planning issues?

What is the most valuable thing you can do for your client to help them with their Estate Planning?

What is the role of ‘internal experts’, and how can they increase revenue?

What is the best way to ‘segment’ your client base to target Estate Planning work?

When are you, and when are you not, providing legal advice?
